    Mom Core Restore is designed for:

    - busy moms (any age postpartum) who want to heal their core with exercises appropriate for diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues (leaking when you jump or sneeze), hip pain, and overall core weakness

    - any mom who wants to finally take the time to invest in herself and get back to the activities she loves

    - movement teachers (Pilates, yoga, group exercise, etc) who want to learn how to give their postpartum clients the tools they need to heal and build strength

     

     
     

    In Mom Core Restore you will:

    -incorporate goal setting with pre and post program assessments and The Six Core Healthy Habits

    -begin restoring your gut health with encouragement in nutrition and a book study utilizing It Starts with Food: Discover the Whole30 and Change Your Life in Unexpected Ways by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig

    - learn how to find the core-pelvic floor connection

    - strengthen the deepest core muscles with your breath

    - practice postpartum corrective exercises specifically designed to help you manage intra-abdoninal pressure to help heal diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues

    - release stress with deep breathing, Christian yoga, and meditation

    - learn how to know when you’re ready to advance exercises and transition to high impact activities such as running and HIIT style workouts

    - practice growing your relationship with God as you meet Him on the mat through Yogafaith practices

    - learn to implement small ways each day to take care of yourself in mind, body, and spirit

    What will we learn and practice each week?

    Mom Core Restore Part I

    Pillar 1: REFRAME: framework for postpartum recovery, goal setting, and defining the core.

    Pillar 2: RESTORE: breath work, meditation, and christian yoga

    Pillar 3: REALIGN and REBUILD: postural analysis, alignment in exercise and in everyday movement patterns, diastasis recti and pelvic floor specific exercises, and strengthening weak muscles

    Pillar 4: RELEASE and REINFORCE: mobilize and release tight and overworked muscles with yoga and myofascial release work, reinforcing new movement patterns in everyday life by moving from your core: sitting, standing, and carrying


    Mom Core Restore Part II

    *Prerequisite: Complete Mom Core Restore Part 1 (Online or In Person)

    In Mom Core Restore Part II, we will apply the core-pelvic floor connection practiced in part 1 to higher intensity strength and cardio exercises. You will learn the application of core activation into higher intensity exercises such as running, HIIT, and bootcamp style workouts.

    In person students will complete two 55 minute classes spread out over a two week period.

    Online Mom Core Restore Part I:

    - 4 training pillars (designed to be spread out over at least four weeks) that start at the beginning of core restoration and progressively increase in difficulty. Progress at your pace and repeat classes as often as you like.

    - Each week contains three twenty minute specialized classes (12 classes total). In these classes you will receive pelvic floor and core activation cues, breathing techniques to load your core muscles properly, tips to challenge you to improve your posture and daily movement patterns, and specific movement techniques for healing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) or pelvic floor dysfunction

    - 24/7 online access so you can practice at a time convenient for you 

    - Lifetime access to the entire course. Get sick? Traveling? No big deal, just take a break and pick up where you left off.

    - Incorporate goal setting with pre and post program assessments, The Six Core Healthy Habits, and dive into restoring your gut health with an introduction to nutrition.

    Online Mom Core Restore Part II:

    Apply what you’ve learned about core and pelvic floor coordination to more advanced exercises. This personalized program is geared towards helping achieve your goals. Build strength and balance to return to running, high intensity exercise, or power yoga.

    Online 2 week program. Classes will be held on zoom.

    Program consists of two 55 minute classes.
